Who we are

Atlas Circle is provided by Arrow Bay Solutions LLC. The app helps adults living with memory change and their authorized caregivers coordinate daily plans. It is not an emergency monitoring service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Information Atlas Circle handles

• Account information: email address, display name, role, time zone, authentication records, and account status.
• Care-circle information: patient and caregiver relationships, invitations, permissions, and consent choices.
• Care information: medicines, schedules, routines, appointments, tasks, trusted contacts, emergency-profile details, family updates, and documents users choose to add.
• Calendar information: Apple Calendar data stays on the caregiver’s device until an event is selected. A direct Google connection reads calendars and events when requested; only selected events are copied into Atlas Circle. Google credentials are encrypted in the server tier.
• Health information: categories a user explicitly allows Atlas Circle to read from Apple Health during a user-initiated import. Atlas Circle does not write to Apple Health.
• Location information: a patient-initiated location point shared for a limited time and optional place-entry or place-exit events. Atlas Circle is not designed to maintain a continuous location trail.
• Technical and safety information: device notification tokens, synchronization status, security events, timestamps, and audit records needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use information to provide requested features, synchronize authorized care-circle information, deliver opted-in reminders and generic notifications, maintain security and audit records, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Atlas Circle does not sell personal information and does not use health, calendar, or location information for advertising.

When information is shared

Information is shared with authorized care-circle members according to current permissions and consent. Service providers may process information only to host, secure, update, or deliver Atlas Circle, including Supabase, Expo, Apple, and Google when their related features are used. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and others.

Security and retention

Atlas Circle uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected device storage for supported offline information, encrypted provider credentials, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, safety, and audit purposes. When an account-deletion request is completed, information is deleted or de-identified unless retention is required. The requester is informed if verification, care-circle continuity, or a legal retention requirement affects the request.

Your choices

Users can control system permissions, disconnect calendars, disable notifications and place monitoring, remove care-circle access, clear local device data, and initiate account deletion in the app. See the account-deletion page for details.

Children

Atlas Circle is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
