Caregiver account
Use the Caregiver sign-in option with the email and password used to create the account. Passwords are never shared with the patient device.

Patient-device pairing
The primary caregiver creates a short-lived setup code. On the patient phone, choose Patient Device and enter that code. No developer mode is required for an App Store or TestFlight installation.
Schedules and calendars
The caregiver manages appointments and can add selected Apple Calendar events. The patient sees today’s next action and future appointments in Plans.
Privacy and sign-out
Open Privacy and device data to review public policies, clear local data, sign out, or initiate account deletion. A paired patient device can be reset from its Device control.
Contact support
Include the app version, iPhone model, what you expected, and the exact error message. Do not email medicines, diagnoses, patient names, documents, or other sensitive care information.
